We will be doing a Simple Critical Infrastructure Maps workshop in Dublin on the afternoon of Monday the 27th. There are about five places free for the workshop, which will be covering the practical applications of SCIM as a planning tool for a wide variety of circumstances.

The workshop will be of particular interest to government, military and infrastructure providers as it covers the cooperation frameworks required to coordinate disparate groups to pull together effectively in any crisis which effects the provision of vital services.

The models presented are taken from my work on the STAR-TIDES program at US National Defense University , which researches new approaches to managing humanitarian crises.
