Global Survival Mapping

The next thing I want to see done, and alas this is going to take a government’s backing, is global survival mapping.
Here’s what that looks like. For each square mile of the earth’s surface, I want to know seven things.
* what’s the 50 year trend in death by violence and are there immanent indicators of future trouble, including racial tensions and religious flashpoints.
* what’s the food security situation? how much food do they grow, does it store over the winter or are they dependent on imports, can they farm year round?
* what’s the water situation? is it used for irrigation (see food) or just drinking?
* what’s the disease situation? is the water clean? are there endemic diseases like malaria?
* what’s the infrastructure fragility level – what services are provided by grids, and what happens to mortality rates (estimated) if they are cut.
* what’s the climate situation? day, night, summer, winter, rain and so on.
* what’s the natural disaster risk profile.
I think I should be able to get this data from a web site for any point on the world easily. It should be pretty fine-grained, and there ought to be some effort to keep it current.
How hard could it really be?
