I'm still burning off my pessimism. The mobile phone stats - and the idea that, given an Android, squillions of people would be Googling for 'clean water' - is really powerful. Like, viewpoint-shifting. I'd be tempted to lead with that, then cover the causes of death, then cherry-pick a few example technologies to illustrate the wider point. But it's top stuff as it is. It's also good to see the dark-background slide trick at work - reasonable exposure on the room, and the slides are legible. It's a great hack. :-) Top stuff.
