The plan is there. Strenth: uses what&#039;s proven.

Weakness: For emergency it&#039;s good, but the claim of permanence should not be made unless it is qualified. It does not address heating, water drainage in rainy seasons, floors, windows, doors. Perhaps more explanation of what you mean by &#039;permanence&#039;, otherwise drop the claim.</description>
